Bench terms
Version of August 2026 · applies to gtidyhomedaily.com
Short version: these are stories about fixing furniture, not a promise about your furniture. The longer version follows, and reading on means you're fine with it.
What this site is — and isn't
Every project here describes a real piece we worked on and what we learned. It's editorial writing for a general audience. It is not a professional course, a product endorsement, or an assessment of the specific dresser in your hallway. Stripping chemicals, sanding dust, old paint that may carry lead, sharp tools and drying oils all carry genuine risks, and products differ from one country's shelf to another's. So the responsibility for reading labels, wearing protection, ventilating, testing old paint before sanding, keeping kids and pets out of the workspace, and stopping when a step is beyond your tools sits with you, not with us.
Copying
The writing, the drawings and the look of Refinish Bench are ours. Link to a project freely; quote a sentence or two with a link back; but don't republish a project, or a rewritten version of one, without asking first in writing.
Behaviour
Don't use the site for anything illegal, don't try to break it or take it offline, and don't scrape it in bulk with bots.
If something goes wrong
We try hard to be accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. We cannot guarantee that every line fits every piece, product or garage, and to the extent the law allows, Refinish Bench isn't liable for damage, injury or loss that follows from using what's written here.
Links out
When we link somewhere else, it's for your convenience; we don't run those pages and can't vouch for them.
Updates and contact
We can revise these terms whenever needed; the version line at the top tells you which one applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to contato@gtidyhomedaily.com.
